Day 1: Arrival – Paro / Phuentsholing – Thimphu
- By Air (Paro): Pick-up from Paro International Airport, drive to Thimphu (65 km / 1.5 hrs). Stop at Tachog Lhakhang Iron Bridge.
- By Road (Phuentsholing): Pick-up at the border, drive to Thimphu (176 km / 6–7 hrs). Scenic waterfalls & valleys.
- Evening leisure walk in Thimphu town.
- Overnight in Thimphu
Day 2: Thimphu Sightseeing
- Visit Buddha Dordenma, Memorial Chorten, Tashichho Dzong.
- Explore Textile Museum, Folk Heritage Museum, School of Arts & Crafts.
- Evening: Handicraft market.
- Overnight in Thimphu.
Day 3: Thimphu – Punakha (77 km / 3 hrs)
- Drive via Dochula Pass with views of the Eastern Himalayas.
- Visit Punakha Dzong, Bhutan’s most stunning fortress.
- Hike to Chimi Lhakhang (Temple of Fertility).
- Overnight in Punakha.
Day 4: Punakha – Phobjikha Valley (80 km / 3 hrs)
- Scenic drive to the glacial Phobjikha Valley.
- Visit Gangtey Monastery.
- Enjoy the Nature Trail walk.
- Overnight in Phobjikha.
Day 5: Phobjikha – Trongsa – Bumthang (200 km / 7 hrs)
- Stop at Trongsa Dzong & Ta Dzong (Royal Heritage Museum).
- Continue to Bumthang Valley.
- Overnight in Bumthang.
Day 6: Bumthang Sightseeing
- Visit Jambay Lhakhang, Kurje Lhakhang, Tamshing Monastery, and Jakar Dzong.
- Explore local weaving & handicraft centers.
- Evening stroll in Chamkhar town.
- Overnight in Bumthang.
Day 7: Excursion to Tang Valley
- Visit Mebar Tsho (Burning Lake).
- Explore Tang Valley and Ogyen Choling Palace Museum.
- Return to Bumthang.
- Overnight in Bumthang.
Day 8: Bumthang – Trongsa – Wangdue (200 km / 7 hrs)
- Scenic drive back via Trongsa.
- Continue to Wangdue Phodrang.
- Overnight in Wangdue.
Day 9: Wangdue – Paro (135 km / 4.5 hrs)
- Drive to Paro.
- Visit National Museum (Ta Dzong) and Paro Rinpung Dzong.
- Evening walk in Paro town.
- Overnight in Paro.
Day 10: Paro – Tiger’s Nest Monastery Hike
- Full-day hike to the iconic Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest Monastery).
- Afternoon visit Kyichu Lhakhang.
- Farewell cultural dinner.
- Overnight in Paro.
Day 11: Departure from Paro
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Transfer to Paro International Airport for onward flight / drive to Phuentsholing if exiting by road.
