Day 1: Arrival – Paro or Phuentsholing Entry
Option A: Arrival via Paro International Airport
- Meet & greet at Paro Airport.
- Scenic drive to Thimphu (65 km / 1.5 hrs).
- Stop at Tachog Lhakhang Iron Bridge en route.
- Evening leisure walk around Thimphu town & Clock Tower Square.
- Overnight in Thimphu.
Option B: Arrival via Phuentsholing (by road from India)
- Meet & greet at Phuentsholing Gate.
- Begin scenic drive to Thimphu (176 km / 6–7 hrs) through valleys, waterfalls & towns.
- Arrival at Thimphu by evening.
- Evening free to relax.
- Overnight in Thimphu.
Day 2: Thimphu Sightseeing
- Visit Buddha Dordenma, Memorial Chorten, and Tashichho Dzong.
- Explore Folk Heritage Museum, Textile Museum, and School of Arts & Crafts (Zorig Chusum).
- Evening visit to Centenary Farmer’s Market & Handicraft Bazaar.
- Overnight in Thimphu.
Day 3: Thimphu – Paro (65 km / 1.5 hrs)
- Drive back to Paro.
- Visit National Museum (Ta Dzong) and Paro Dzong.
- Afternoon hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang).
- Evening leisure walk around Paro town.
- Overnight in Paro.
Day 4: Departure from Paro
- Morning visit to Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Bhutan.
- Transfer to Paro International Airport for onward flight / drive back to Phuentsholing if required.
